I’m Matthias Bruckhoff, founder of Composite Decision. I’m fascinated by what composites make possible and how a technical idea becomes a real application.
Composite Decision builds on my experience dating back to 2010 and the network I have developed along the way. Its strength comes from the people and companies contributing their expertise and enthusiasm.

My experience in the composites industry dates back to 2010. My journey began at Benteler-SGL and took me through project work, sales and business development across different applications and companies. Along the way, I saw how closely materials, component design, manufacturing and commercial viability are connected.
I built my technical foundation through an apprenticeship in vehicle body building and subsequent hands-on work. I then studied industrial engineering with a focus on automotive engineering. This combination of practical experience, technical understanding and a commercial perspective still shapes my work today.
One thing became clear time and again: our industry holds enormous expertise. Finding and bringing it together for a specific requirement often takes considerable time. Good solutions emerge when the right people combine their knowledge.
Composite Decision is built on this experience and the network I have developed. My motivation is to make collaboration more effective and turn enthusiasm for composites into real applications.
